Our Partnerships
At Morgan Properties, we’re doing things differently. We believe in passionately serving the communities where we work and caring for our residents as well as our properties. We support positive change by participating in difference-making volunteerism and giving back at every level of the company.
We provide financial support and encourage volunteerism through a range of nonprofit partners that includes the American Red Cross®, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer™, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and their Center for Violence Prevention, and the American Cancer Society®; also partnering with local chapters of organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity®, One Warm Coat® and PFLAG National to strengthen the diverse communities we call home.
