To help ensure everyone's voice is heard, the DEI Council will be informed about the results of our employee culture surveys, which will be on-going, so employees from all over the company can give feedback and list their thoughts and concerns. These surveys are the driving force behind what the Council focuses on.

- Culture Conversations offer employees monthly webinars focused on a variety of topics suggested by our employees, for our employees on topics such as Disability Awareness, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, Veterans Support, Employee Mental Health and Wellness, Black History and Women’s History.
- Culture Corner, our intranet page dedicated to DEI, provides employees with a way to reach out to their DEI Council members with suggestions and feedback around culture and inclusivity.
